Grab a notebook a pen. A yoga mat, blanket, and/or a pillow is recommended for your comfort during the acupuncture treatment. 

It's two hours to allow plenty of time for discussions and learning. The acupuncture treatment is about 20-30 minutes. 

Yes, we will go over acupuncture/TCM diagnosis. This includes tongue and pulse diagnosis and filling out a TCM questionnaire. Your first circle will consist of a Tai Ji treatment to promote overall mental and physical well-being. Dr. Kersey will review all of your diagnostic information for a tailored acupuncture treatment for the next circle.
